Welcome to StarClan's Pawprints. Before posting on any of the threads I suggest reading the rules listed below.
Basic Rules
1) There will be no profanity permitted on this site, this includes in your graphics, username, posts, custom title, or signature.
2) Bullying, harassment, stalking, and other anti-social behavior will not be tolerated. This includes the use of PMs. If you are bullying, harassing, or stalking a member, or are otherwise behaving in an anti-social or aggressive way on the forum, you will be given a warning.
3) It is not allowed to create any posts or threads that contains profane or sexually explicit material. Doing so may result in a warning.
4) Please be kind and respectful to all other members in the forum. (If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all)
5) There will be no double posting (posting directly after yourself) except on your user log.
6) There will be no back seat modding- if you see another user disobeying the rules you can report it to a staff member (and please don't hesitate to do so).
7) Three warnings results in a temporary ban, if the behavior continues it will become a permanent ban.
8) Staff: abuse of mod powers is not permitted and may result in having your mod abilities taken away.
9) Staff: always try to solve a problem in a calm and peaceful way before jumping to punishment.
Roleplay Rules
1) All roleplay posts must be written in complete sentences with at least three sentences per post.
2) All roleplay posts must have correct grammar and spelling (unless it is intended and in dialog).
3) Violent threads are only allowed in a fight/ battle.
4) All roleplay posts must contain something for the other characters to react to.
5) Cat's may only be killed with the consent of that cat's role player and must be reported to admin before hand.
6) There will be no force mating allowed, both role players must agree on their cats becoming mates.
7) You cannot role play with yourself, there must be at least two separate role players in every thread.
8) Before role playing you must have your character accepted.
9) There may be activity checks held at random- not participating in these may result in having your characters temprarily or permanatly taken out of the role play (you cannot role play with them during this time). If you will be leaving for a while make sure to make that known so your absence will be excused.
Character Rules
1) Until further notice, every user is allowed to have up to ten characters.
2) Try to keep your characters realistic (no tortie/calico toms, tail-less cats, cats with different colored eyes, cats with unrealistic eye colors, cats with unrealistic pelt colors, three legged cats, deaf cats, albino cats, blind cats, mute cats, or cats that are completly evil).
3) Use the official application form when making a character, more information may be added if you wish.
4) A character must be accepted before being allowed into the role play. (two staff members must accept the character)
5) The names allowed will be posted on the site (link to come)
6) The name chosen must be fitting to your character.
7) You cannot role play as your character's apprentice, mate, kits, littermates, or parents.
8) If your character has family you don't know what to do with because of the above rule, you can put them up for adoption.
9) It is not allowed to have more than one high ranking position in the same clan, or to have similar high ranking positions in multiple clans (leader, deputy, medicine cat) If you have the leader in one clan you also cannot have the deputy in another because the deputy can become leader, and it's not allowed to have the same high ranking position in multiple clans.
